It was only in 2007 that Bruce Caruth company, Exit Realty, became the sixth largest real estate company in the entire North America. Furthermore, it even got recognized as the number one Real Estate Franchise Brand according to the Swanepoel Real Estate Trends Report that very same year.

Bruce Caruth built Exit Realty, making sure it provides its agents with an interest in the growth of the company by introducing the concept of single level sponsoring residuals into the real estate industry. This technique generates more income streams, beneficiary options for the agents and a realistic retirement plan.

Bruce Caruth has foreseen many rewards from working with Exit Realty. Bruce Caruth, along with his wife Joanne, currently owns the sub franchise rights for EXIT Realty in Kansas, Missouri, Oregon and Washington. Apart from being business-minded people, Mr Caruth and his wife make time for charitable causes. During the 80’s and early 90’s, Bruce Caruth was a Rotarian in Tucson, Arizona.  Rotary prides itself for its local and international services in addition to its participation in the education and humanitarian service programs of The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.

As a Rotarian, Bruce Caruth committed himself to serve his community. Bruce did this by devoting his time to local Rotarian charitable activities and helping the organizations they supported both personally as well as financially. Mr Caruth also took the time to get involved in a number of committees that were active with charitable causes and events in the community.

Bruce Caruth and his wife are both very civic minded.  Aside from Bruce being a Rotarian, they also joined Angel Charity for Children in Tucson, Arizona.   Angel Charity is an organization that provides substantial financial assistance to numerous charities in the community that serve children in need.  Angel Charity has raised tens of millions of dollars for numerous children charities in Tucson since their inception over 25 years ago.  Bruce and Joanne have been involved with Angel Charity for over ten years and continue to support this worthwhile organization.
