Curt Kramer Mazuma: Businessman, Philanthropist

Curt Kramer Mazuma is a typical successful businessman in that he has an impeccable work ethic defined by very long hours, punctuality, motivation and hard work. Mr Kramer inspires respect and admiration in almost everyone he comes into contact with because of this.

But unlike any typical, successful businessman, Curt Kramer Mazuma makes room in his busy schedule to help others. At the company which he owns, he enables his employees to become successful in their own right. For example: Curt has installed a library in his office where every employee is free to browse through his impressive collection and develop their minds. A well-loved employer, Mr Kramer knows that his employees’ success does not diminish his own, but rather, enriches it.

As a philanthropist, Curt Kramer Mazuma contributes his time and resources to several organizations benefitting children in New York, such as, North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System Foundation, Schneider Children’s Hospital where a “Kramer’s Kidz Club” has been informally designated by the staff, Children’s Medical Center, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Curt Kramer, one of the highly successful businessmen of today, is actually family-oriented. Though his job as Mazuma Holding Corporation’s sole owner keeps him busy, Mr Kramer always has time for his family. His wife, who happens to be his high school sweetheart, loves him adoringly. And the relationship Curt has with his three children is very close. His family serves as his source of inspiration for the things he needs to get done.

Another group of people Curt Kramer Mazuma likes to spend time with are the sick kids of Schneider Children’s Hospital. Mr Kramer created an organization dedicated to the children, one that he called the Kramer’s Kidz Club. It is through this club that he gets to make the children smile.

Curt Kramer does so by sponsoring expensive field trips for the children. No matter how much it would cost him, Curt never stopped sponsoring the trips. Mr Kramer takes them to live Mets games and many Broadway shows.

True enough, his plan generated smiles on the children’s faces. The trips made them truly happy. This is all that Curt Kramer Mazuma wants in return. Curt only wants to make the kids happy, inspiring them to believe that people care for them a lot.

Curt Kramer is one of the few company owners who gladly work for very long hours. In fact, he times in at 7:30AM and leaves the building at 9:30PM. He is never late and he never leaves earlier than his usual time out. Moreover, these long hours do not comprise of merely sitting in his office with his feet up his table, bossing his workers around. He actually works hard himself too.

Mazuma Holding Corporation is one hundred percent owner-operated, which means that its current owner, Curt Kramer, is the one who makes the final and the biggest decisions that concern his company’s business ventures. He believes in hard work and actually motivates his personnel to do the same. Postponing tasks that he can get done today is not something of his doing. Moreover, his staff members are even motivated to not postpone their own tasks.

Furthermore, Curt Kramer charming and hardworking personality drives people closer to him, as he inspires them to do better in whatever it is that they do. The people he works with love working with him for, aside from his charm and industriousness, he is a true gentleman indeed.

But still, what is perhaps Curt Kramer biggest achievement is how far he has reached with his philanthropy. In fact, he is one of the biggest contributors to North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System. He donates his money and time to the sick children admitted in Schneider Children’s Hospital, making them happier during their long hospital stays and painful medical treatments.
