A C-Corps Worker for Society – Eric Youn
Possessing dedication, passion and knowledge, Eric Youn has started a career to make an impact in society. Eric believes that in order to make changes, people needs to be educated and given a fair opportunity at life. Because of this belief, Mr Youn has participated in several different projects and programs that aim to benefit the society after he graduated from the University of Houston in 1993. One of these programs that Eric Youn was involved in is the C-Corps program.
Known as the Computer Corp Program, the purpose of C-Corps as a charter high school is to give the youth an alternative form of education in web design and computer use. By 2001, the program won the distinction of the Best Bridge over the Digital Divide.
Eric Youn also worked as a Home Study Specialist and Volunteer Home Study Trainer with The Arrow Project. Here, he was able to provide several children with proper home training as well as find them foster homes.
Eric Youn has also dedicated his career in researching and spreading his findings through presentations all over the country. These presentations created awareness and helped to increase the participation of society in order to help in taking care of the youth in preparation for the future.
