Scott Overholser Ready to Take on New Challenges
There’s always a new challenge ahead for Scott Overholser, DDS. In his nine years of private practice in Indianapolis from 1997 to 2006, Scott Overholser’s challenge was to make his practice more profitable. He succeeded in expanding his practice to include a full time staff of seven employees and implementing marketing strategies that brought about a 150% increase in his patient base and a 300% increase in gross revenue.
Shifting gears, Scott Overholser acquired an Illinois real estate license in 2005 and helped to open developments in the Florida, Texas and Minnesota markets. A former colleague describes Scott Overholser as “unafraid to take risks and wear whatever hat was necessary to get the job done.”
Now based in Chicago, Scott Overholser still practices dentistry as an associate dentist for The Dental Salon (www.dentalsalon.com ). But true to character, he’s taken on a new challenge and also provides management consultancy services for other dentists.
