Kyle Brodsky keeps himself fit and healthy by working-out, running and playing golf. Apart from that, he takes time off from reading and studying to enjoy his youth. He does this by going out with friends during Fridays and checking out the club scene, bars and lounges. Additionally, he also goes camping and fishing as well.

Aside from that, Kyle Brodsky engages in activities that will enable him to do well in his soon-to-be professional life. His internship with CBS in New York City will definitely help him in his quest to land a good job and to learn a lot in his field of interest. This is why he is concentrating on making the most out of all his experiences in life because he knows that it is a good investment for his career.

An average work day for Jon James consists of doing consultation work with his clients and creating hard-to-find investment opportunities for them, especially in the area of real estate. Jon James walks them through the step-by-step process of setting up their own IRA LLC. These steps include rolling over his clients’ retirement accounts to a custodian that will allow them to self-direct their funds; moving their retirement funds into their own IRA LLC bank account, and; using the IRA LLC to buy and sell properties on behalf of their retirement accounts.

Jon James began his real estate career in 1997 when he became a mortgage banker at only 19 years of age. In 1999, he became a full-time real estate investor, buying and selling single family homes and apartment buildings to build his portfolio. Howard Goberstein is presently very happy with his beautiful and loving wife named Tammy. Actually, they have been together for twenty-eight years already, and still counting. They have two children, who apparently are not children anymore because they are now adult men aged twenty-five and twenty-one. And to complete their adoring family, Howard Goberstein also adopted a dog, specifically a Labrador retriever and named it Chloe.

Howard Goberstein is also concerned with keeping himself healthy and fit. This is why he saves some extra hours, around five to six hours in one week, so that he could work out and tone his muscles. Another thing that he does that is associated to keeping himself fit and right is playing golf. In fact, he just calls his closest buddies and plays golf with them around two times per week.

Apart from his physical health, Howard Goberstein also likes to play some golf because it happens to be his favorite sport. It is like hitting two birds with one stone; he’s enjoying the game and, at the same time, toning his muscles.

In 2007, he obtained his Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) seal. A CBM seal is only given to candidates who pass a rigorous examination that covers all aspects of meteorology broadcast. They must deliver weather forecasts that are informative, concise and scientifically sound. Justin Povick is proud to be one of the 375 meteorologists in the country who currently have the certification.

 A typical day at work starts with analyzing the current weather models and writing the actual forecast. He also makes calls to clients to answer any questions they may have about the forecast. He then delivers the weather forecast on television, radio or the internet.  Justin Povick enjoys the variety AccuWeather offers him and the opportunities for him to grow professionally.

Having encountered different cultures, Conrad Phillip Seghers makes it a point to travel abroad, no matter how hectic his schedule might be. He took his son on a couple of his trips which gave both of them the chance to experience said places together and to bond as father-and-son.

Conrad Phillip Seghers has been to many countries in six continents: Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Spain, Andorra and France, the former Yugoslavia, Albania, Belgium, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Senegal, Mauritania, Mali, The Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Burkina Faso, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Trinidad and Tobago, and Australia.

Another passion is kayaking.  Conrad Phillip Seghers owns multiple boats and his rivers have ranged from deadly ravines throughout the United States in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico and California.  He has even paddled with members of the U.S. Olympic team.  Internationally he has paddled in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama and Laos.

In 1990, Conrad P Seghers embarked on his first foray into the fields of business and finance as a Grant Writer. He co-authored grant proposals submitted to the National Institute of Health, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association and other institutions to fund biological and biochemical research at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he was also doing graduate work for a PhD degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at the time. Conrad P Seghers also developed laboratory budgets to allocate grant funds for specific research and scientific investigation projects.

Conrad P Seghers has performed medical research on recombinant tissue plasminogen activator at the University of Louvain in Belgium, as well as on the reuse of hemodialyzers at Texas A&M University, and on heat shock proteins at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical center. Several publications have resulted.

Eventually, Duane Tompkins became a Sergeant at the Enfield Police Department from 2000 till 2004. His responsibilities as a Sergeant meant that he had to supervise and direct the patrol staff. Moreover, he had to manage patrol officers, detectives and dispatchers while concurrently, serving as a Lieutenant whenever it was deemed necessary. Apart from that, his duties extended to being in-charge of maintaining incident commands in addition to reviewing reports of officers for accuracy. Also, Duane Tompkins testified at Labor Grievance Hearings as a representative of the town as well as developing and presenting supporting documentations.

Duane Tompkins also served as an Instructor in a wide range of investigations, case preparation, drug investigations and intelligence in addition to police procedures. Furthermore, he developed and employed a system to fairly evaluate officers’ activities. This force-adopted system examines activity based upon workload and productivity in comparison to assigned calls for service which definitely makes the process more valuable and proficient.

Patrick McEachen is from Stouffville, Ontario. Although he lives in Canada, he always traveled to New York just so he could get the chance to see his cousin play live hockey. He was very proud to be actually related to someone who played hockey so well. Not only that, he was also interested in learning his cousin’s techniques so that he could apply them to his own skills.

After lots of practice and further development of the skills he already possessed, Patrick McEachen feels confident that he could play in the NCAA level in the years to come. He has already visited several universities in the United States. However, for now, Patrick McEachen is still playing for the Stouffville Spirit in the Ontario Junior Hockey League in his second season.

Although Tioman is currently fairly developed, it still has its beaches and forests intact. The beautiful beaches have clear water that actually tempted Conrad Seghers to dive even with his clothes and gear on. The rain forests were thick and dense and the mountainous had such dramatic peaks.

According to Conrad Seghers, the west part of the island usually got crowded with natives and tourists, which was why he enjoyed the comforts and the beach offered at the north part or on the east coast.

Conrad Seghers also explored the rain forest. He trekked across the island from Tekek, which is where the airport is, up to Juara. It took him three hours and the trek was very exhilarating. However, Conrad Seghers states that despite the fact he was very exhausted, he found the three-hour trek worth it and very rewarding.

What Conrad Seghers loved to do in Tioman are diving and snorkeling. He has already experienced what the island above the surface of the water had to offer, he wanted to know what its underwater resources had in store for him.
