Proud to Educate – Shatan Greene
He may not receive countless letters of appreciation for what he does but Shatan Greene is extremely proud at his profession, he is proud to be an educator of young minds. In this profession, he is able to impart knowledge to his students. Mr Greene is among those few people who have devoted their lives to shaping the minds of the world’s future leaders. Shatan is proud to be who he is without the anticipation of any accolades or praise.
Shatan Greene is not your typical educator. Shatan is very diverse in what he does. While studying at Temple University, he held several jobs as well. He chose those jobs in order to broaden his own knowledge and not limit himself to merely a single subject. One job Mr Greene held was an intern in the University Hospital’s emergency room. At the same time, Shatan Greene also held the position of researcher in a local museum where he had done research for Ornithology.
Shatan Greene learned the value of education through his life experiences, more specifically the murder of his brother. Shatan hopes to help improve society as a whole through education and he is helping pave the way one small step at a time.
